My current journey with Stronglife is by far exceeding my expectations!
I have always struggled with lack of or maintaining motivation, knowing what to do in the gym or following a program, knowing what to eat, when to eat or how much to eat! Nutrition in general was always a guess and I was always tired, lethargic and sore from gym which led to a relapse into old ways!
My coach has made this experience so easy with his extensive knowledge of nutrition and exercise, shared tips and tricks on how to manage cravings and provided a work out plan that is enjoyable and has taught me that a healthy lifestyle does not have to be hard and can actually be fun, I now look forward to logging and monitoring my nutrition and look forward to hitting the gym and reaching my goals!
From being over 100kgs to todays measure of 89kg I want to thank Macka for keeping me accountable and being such a legend whist doing it!
