Can’t recommend these guys highly enough! My Coach has been a god sent!

Somehow seems to understand my whack ADD way of going about things, very patient with all my excuses and has been great helping me work through them – over 20kg’s off so far and still dropping – love it 🙂 … If your’e considering doing their program – don’t consider – just do it, you will be stoked you did! P.s. – the App that comes with the program is a fantastic tool to keep you on track.
